LED park lights

ok, i bought blue led park lights. and im looking to put them in....

should i have it done by a shop, or is it something that i can do? i heard if you try and replace a light your self, that when you get in there it does something and moisture builds up in your headlight housing?

Don't do the LED parking lights. They usually burn out due to high heat.

if they burn out, will it mess anything up besides the led itself?

Do it yourself. It's fairly easy.

^^^ With the extreme heat from the fog and headlight they will. LED's dont work well in heat.

I have blue city lights and because im in cali, I usually leave my fogs on to not cause so much attention to the blue lights themselves. I have one out of the two on it's way out and I got them from superbrightleds.com

Why not put LED's in the parking light area? it makes it look cleaner if you go hyper white to match the projectors.

^^^ Because people are saying the heat from the fog lights will shorten the life of the LEDs.

I'm afraid to put LEDs there now because my fogs are my DRL.

Yeah but i'm saying my fogs are on all the time and i'm not having a problem. I actually worked on my car tonight and the one that I thought was on the way out was just loose, so I say go for it...
