Yes that would kill 2 birds with one stone. That is the best way to get to all bulbs.

Pseudo thread-jack warning:

Does anyone have an estimate of what the color temperature of Piaa Extreme White city/parking bulbs are? They're straight blue when they're not on, which makes me think they're going to look more blue than white. I'm trying to get as close to the OEM 5000K projector bulb as possible, so how close are they?

Ditto on issues with LEDs

I had some wedge style LED's I bought for the marker lights in my old Acura CL (they were like fake me out fogs under the head lights) anyhow, they were good for about 3 months then after a while I'd notice 1 would be out then later come back on. I didn't pay that close attention to it UNTIL....

one night I was driving into the office and drove through a speed trap that I spotted early enough to slow down for... to my surprise I still got pulled over. I was really confused what I had done wrong.

A very upset officer said to me "What is going on with those strobe lights in the front of your car??? .... I said "Huh?"

So I got out and looked and BOTH of the LED marker lights were sure enough strobeing.

I told the cop they were some cheap chinese LED replacement bulbs I got off of ebay and I guess they were going bad, that they weren't supposed to flash. He was pretty upset with me and mentioned it looked like I was trying to impersonate a police officer, etc, etc. Ended up writing me a "use of illegal equipment" ticket that he later dropped when I showed him the car again a week later with the original bulbs back in.

At any rate... I am really scared of LED bulbs now, and don't want to have anything on my car that might give a cop a reason to pull me over.

The LED's from Superbrightled's have the warning label as well. But I've asked many guys here and most have been fine with them. I'm planning on changing them out this weekend if my H1 bulbs come in, I'll take my chances.

Personally I've used superbrightleds bulbs and every one of them on my liscence plate started to strobe at some point within 4-7 weeks period. They in my opinion suck. My suggestion is to use VLEDS. They are better made bulbs and brighter and last - search the forums. Had mine now 2 months 2 weeks no problems. Love my VLEDS.

Now for those of you here that are stating that they have LED bulbs in there Fog light housings runing H1 Stock or PIAA Bulbs your time will come when your LEDs will burn out. Depends on how much you use those fogs.

Now if you have a HID Fog kit. Then it will last since HIDs produce much less heat.

the superbright led's are great everywhere except your headlight. I have swapped out lights with superbright led's in my car and others and there great.

i know your not supposed to put them in your headlight but i took my chances and they lasted i would say 3-4 months...then one side starting going out and starting flashing like strobes in my headlight. I changed it and then a week later the other one did the same. And no i NEVER used my foglights during that time period. thats the main reason why i put them in...i thought that if i didn't use the fogs it would't heat up enough but it still does.

09 sedan headlights have the city lights away from the main headlight. On the top. It looks like the nice white LED would work fine up there.

Anyone had problems with LED on Sedan headlight?

Anyone also tried the LED H1 in the sedan as there Fog light?

That orange light is produced cuz of the orange bulb. If white LEDs are used.. it would just look white.

+1 on VLEDS. I had mine for almost a year and none of them ever blink/strobe. I use my fogs occasionally. It's on for like 2 hrs. or so twice a week at least.
