Anyone ever have this seat issue?

Okay so i assume everyone knows where the thigh extension latch thing is (under the passenger seat), Today i get my car back from the dealership, after they repaired it since they accidentally put a hole in it, come home, the thigh extension is just moving freely and the latch is disconnected-like, it just flaps and the whole thing just moves freely.

anyone know how i can probably fix this myself? i wont have anytime to visit the dealership all the way in Manhattan this week. (Been there 4 times for the past 2 weeks already )

its not a major issue for me but i hate the fact when the thing moves at times
i will post pics if you cant really catch onto what im saying tomorrow, of the exact problem.

thanks!

i dont think youd want to try yourself, probably something broke, so dealer would be best even if you hate them lol

Talking A closed mouth,Does not get fed!

If it is a decent dealer at all, Call the service manager, Explain that you were just in for the second to have them repair their damage after they made the mistake the first time and what you found afterwords and how its driving you absolutely nuts. Be very courteous and direct and explain to them that you do not have the time to make yet another trip to the dealer. If they are ethical, and stand by their reputation, they should agree to send someone out with a loaner, swap cars, and return your car to you when they finally get it right. If they don't agree to help you out then contact a Infiniti factory service Rep and repeat the process!............Good luck!

Not only that, You'll be sport'in in a C-Dan for a day or two!

Hey! Its all about the service after the sale........................

call and report it. even if you dont go back in soon for it, they should fix it on their time/dime.

Is that the title for the reps these days? I was in the biz myself(service manager) some years ago one had to deal with the rep back in the day!
