I would not want a damaged car. I would get it fixed and sell it. Damn that sucks that it is not totalled.

agreed! do what i did bro - i had 14k worth of damage so i took the repair check and sold the wreck to a salvage yard for another 5k. retail value on my car was only 20-21k so 19k was enough to make me happy.

Shortly after our cars came out, someone wrecked theirs, I think it only had 500 miles on it, and they had it up on ebay, still wrecked. I am not sure if it sold or not. But maybe someone who is looking for a good project car might pay a little more for it. If they are going to upgrade the engine and put a body kit on it than it should be no big deal.
