^^I am sure he took the pic but where did the OP get the pic? If he got it from Igor then he wouldnt be asking what the are and where they come from.

Well the pic has to be from g37nyc.com.... it's in GIANT letters in the pic. My first instincts would've been to go to THAT site to find out what the mod is, but maybe that's just me.
