New D2c bulbs dont fit?

I ordered a set of 6k Hid bulbs from ebay (D2C) I installed them but the silver part that plugs into the bulb, does plug in but wont snap into place? I contacted the guy and he said that he has the same ones on his 37? What the hell

Going by the manual it's suppose to be D2S... maybe that's why?

The D2C shares the same design as the OEM D2S. We make ours to fit in either applications and snap into place. Sometimes its a pain to snap into place, have you compared the 2 ends side by side?

Yeah Andy, the base of the oem one where the buld ends is flat, the aftermarket one has a small lip, but the buld snaps in with no problem and the the sliver part plugs right in but wont snap into place

Can you take a pic of the differences? As Andy mentioned, D2C bulbs are typically made to work with both D2R and D2S housing.
