Don't drive your car for about a month, and make friends with the Fedex people, give them a wad of cash and tell them to take these across the pond. not very helpful, but maybe your only option, or just order new lights have him install the ironman before they get shipped out of the country. Maybe he'll get some from a local dealer, mod them and ship them for the right price.
