Uhh, rear brake cooling vents? Rear passenger cooling vents?

WTF was the person thinking that created that, the heck is someone supposed to think that scoop leads to?

Reminds me of the front brake vents that Ford put on the Fusion. Need to make sure those one caliper 6'' brakes don't over heat on the track.
