I don't think anyone has responded to your thread b/c of several points.
1. There are multiple other threads that talk about the spoiler and chrome lip.
2. What did you exactly mean by aero package? There is no aero package. It's just a spoiler. Aero package is a JDM concept body kit that no one has.

And just to be nice, you can remove it, but it's drilled in place.
