Wet carbon is carbon laid over existing parts, such as your OEM panels. about 98% of all carbon fiber hood on the market are wet, they are just single layer carbon cloth laid over a fiberglass core, if you've seen a CF hood crack, it was wet.
Dry carbon fiber is entirely made of carbon fiber, when you see race applications and light weight body panels. they are dry carbon fiber. The high strength use of carbon are all DRY.

Can I officially place an order now? And how long will it take before I receive it?

We should receive the first samples and batch in 2 weeks or so. Placing the order now will ensure the first allocations as they arrive.
