I dunno about him, but my trunk light is on for 30 mins at a time sometimes (till the car turns it off) if i'm working on stuff that is going into/in the trunk (i.e. wiring up and running wires for the new backup camera)..

nice thanks. I was trying to see if anyone had a comparison shot but they do look like they'd fit, maybe even a bit more blue but thats okay. what are you using for fogs?

Sorphin,
I cant find what you used on the superbrightleds site anymore. They changed it!

http://superbrightleds.com/leds.htm
Which one did you use? I'm looking for your color but maybe less bright. Any suggestions?

I read on the packaging that these things aren't made for the headlight, can anyone confirm?

no leds are supposed to be utilized in the headlight housing. the biggest factor for led lifespan is heat. i don't think most of us care though. i have leds for the citylights and i try to keep the fogs off most of the time. these things lasted 9 months in my g35 with random fog use.

I have superbrightleds on my parking lights. The best ones to use are the x5 led bulb due to the 4 leds on the outside that hit off the reflectors inside the light
