yea i dont think so only because powder coating requires you to bake the piece in 145 and our grill is made of plastic . well at least PROPER technique in powder coating requires baking to harden the paint so no i dont think it safe but you could aso get it professionally painted as well

Agreed, the grill will melt with the high tempature that powder coating requires...
