wow great stuff!! Any comment on the effort involved? Im guessing baking open the lights was mandatory to get the led's mounted? any pics of the backside?
interesting ganna have to stay on top of this.. im not feeling blue thou hyper white FTW would like to c on a g.. how much we lookin at igor
I'm not feeling the blue neither. I used blue because I only had blue and red LED's that were big enough to light up the entire slit. Final version will be the exact opposite of this, or any other color people wish to choose.

Yea, baking headlights, removing the shroud, drilling holes for the led's, and wiring up each led individual. This is actually my first attempt at wiring multiple led's, most I ever did before was 2, now its 10. lol I'll take a picture of the final wiring diagram, this one looks really disgusting since I lack soldering skill. lol
Got the white LED's in. They're not bright enough, the LED's I got coming in should be brighter. Blue led's are 5mm, white led's are 3mm, final version will be 5mm led's all around.
