Torpedo lights anyone?
Hey anyone remember the concept coupe and its "torpedo" headlights (for lack of a better name)?? Here's a refresher:

Anyway, I've kinda had this on my mind for quite some time, but anyone notice that on the G37 around the projector theres a set of 5 translucent 'fins', very simlar to the concept..

So if you can see where im getting at.. i think they're there for a reason. Theres GOTTA be a way to light them up like the concept! The bimmer's have angel eyes, the audi's have led's strips.. the G need something more original!
Now I've actually spent some time poking around the back of the headlight housing, but i cant easily see figure out how that piece is connected to the rest of the housing and if theres any way to insert LED's either in each one (which I think would be rather difficult to pull off), or atleast see if its joined up in a fashion in which a single bulb could illuminate them all. Im hoping that perhaps the next one of you guys who plan on opening up the headlight to black it out could maybe take some detailed pics of the projector cavity from the backside...?
Here's a quick chop.. albeit kinda shtty, but use your imagination a bit and i think they would look pretty wicked if someone could pull it off

Interesting, I'd like to see someone do it.
