I saw he now has overlay's for the chrome spoiler on our cars, has anyone done it yet? How does it look in person? Would you think being vinyl, after a few washes its going to start fading or show scratches dramatically different from the cars paint finish, since the swirls scratches are inevitable.

 

I know a few member's have it here. I have the overlay myself, but haven't pu it on yet. I'm suppose to have his installer come out to LA this weekend and do the whole entire overlay kit. I'll post pics up if he makes it out this weekend.

 

If you think the taillights are hard... the chrome overlay is 5x as hard... GL with the install

THE1, is he coming up specifically to do your car or is this an event like the BBQ on g35driver.com?

 

He was initially just coming up for me since he wasn't abel tio fit me in the schedule last tim ehe came. But he's actually gonna do jks toy's car as well. Do you need anything installed? I can ask him if he could include you.

 

Where in LA are you getting these installed, and how much is he charging you? I spoke with Bat today, and he is gonna set me up with a kit, but he also mentioned that his installer lives right down the street from him. I may just call him and have him bring up my kit, meet you guys and have him do the install if I can squeeze in?

 

thats the same guy. He drove up a couple weeks ago and did a few installs . He's installed a ton of Overlays on the G37 already .

I recommend calling him since he was planning to do just these two installs. He's not even for sure yet if he's gonna be coming this weekend since he has finals this week.

The main reason why he's coming up here becuase he wasn't able to fit me in the schedule when he came here a couple of weeks ago due to people lagging and not showing up on time. Plus we're doing this at my place, and I don't have that much room. I'm first to be insatlled and my install is gonna take about 3-4 hours he said. I still have to confirm with him today or tomorrow to see if he's gonna make it.

 

+1 me for headlight and taillight overlays if the guy wants more work and you guys are going to be in the SFV - just PM me...thanks..

 

Ya now if he would only come to canada. LOL. I got my over lays the day before i had to go back to work. I hope to be the first to post pics of the GTR opaque black overlays. But it will not be until next month when i get home.

I don't think this seller is Bat, but the pic looks like a member's car on the board that was a customer of Bat. It's cheaper than Bat's valence overlay, so I wonder if it is a comparable alternative. Anyone bought this or dealt with this ebay seller?
