yeah i was thinking 3m tape.. bc if i have to drill wholes into my bumper i caint buy this =(..
but i think 3m tape can do the job but say im going 100+ i dont want this thing to fly off lol, thats not even funny
DO NOT put any lip on with just 3M tape unless you want it to come off and scratch your car and destroy the lip. I have seen it first hand. The tape will break loose at about 100, especially with that lip that will produce some drag because of the edges.

Because of a lease? The screws that are usually used end up in the wheel well area. They are usually self tapping screws and do not create big holes at all. I don't think that any inspection would catch it or even care.
