Ok, I want the "blue lights" to replace my city lights (the yellow bulbs in my headlights)

any idea how much a set costs? Is it very hard to replace them, as in can i do it myself pretty easily?

also, does the g37s have fog lights? i have prem&nav.

 

blue lights are around 8000k and up. i have no idea how much a set of bulbs will cost.
