My interior lights (the ones you can push-click on and off and that come on when you unlock the car), and my headlights waiver with the rpms of the car. It is especially pronounced when the car is cold. Took it to Infiniti, and they couldnt see it (it wasnt as bad by the time I got there and it was mid-day), they ran diagnostic and didnt find anything.

Thoughts?

My sense is that something isnt grounded completely, or something isnt fully insulated...but I would imagine someone here could tell me more.
