License Plate Hidders Q&a

Anybody know where to get these bad boyz from? I heard sumthin about lcd blurring the plates out? or are the flaps I can just hit a switch of a button inside the car and the flaps come up and cover the plates?.... That would really make the cops day hehe

he ssems to me more like my 15 year old cousine lol
