I got my G37 the other day
I didn't get a chance to tell the dealer that I didn't want the front plate drilled in.
Anyway
I bought the bumper plugs for an S2000 from hardtopguy.com
I took off the plate and put the plugs in
it looks pretty good
I'll post some pics when I can

I don't like having a front plate so this was a good way to cover the holes
I don't know if Infiniti makes the plugs
but I searched and could not find them
thats why i went with the Honda plugs
