no sound from rear deck speakers ,and sub (jl audio) .
i have swapped out the oem bose sub amp,and checked fuses they look okay.
running the diagnostic i see one of the amps is not showing any status.would blown out rear deck speakers cause the no status?

 

If the speakers are blown they would still make some noise, the amp is probably just dead.

It communicates over AV canbus, check for any damaged wires maybe? Take a look at the pinnout and look for AV COMM.

 

problem solved ...turned out the jl amp & subwoofer burned out.replaced both.
