Replacing Scratched Nav Screen

Hi there. Forgive me if this has been discussed in previous threads. I have tried searching for this topic specifically and have not found much help in past threads.

I have a 2008 6mt G37s with full tech package. The previous owner had scratched the touch screen pretty badly. It still functions as it should but astetically it really bugs me. Was wondering if I bought a replacement screen and installed it, would that be all I need to do or would I have to flash the new screen somehow to configure it to the car? I'm assuming I need to make sure I buy the correct model of nav screen to match my car. Maybe not the exact year of my car but atleast the same general model ie. Must have Nav functionality and within a certain year or two of my 2008 g37. I've watched videos on how to get at the screen and remove it so that should be no problem. Just wanted to confirm what model of screen I should get before I accidentally buy the wrong one off ebay, as well as if I need to pair it/flash/configure it in order for it to work as intended.

Thanks in advance for anyone's help and advice!

If you have a 2008, you can ONLY use a display screen from a 2008 or 2009 model. In 2010, the electronics changed and the displays will NOT work with your headunit.

Swapping out the part is entirely plug-and-play. No programming, or "flashing," required.

Friendly warning /advice: PLEASE, disconnect your battery before working on any electronics. May be common practice, but...

Should be the part number. I was able to get one for $12 on eBay.
