How do I remove this speed chime?

Whenever I get up to 80-85mph, I hear this chime. I'm not sure where it's coming from, but is there a way to get rid of it?

Yeah sounds aftermarket. Could it be a feature of your dashcam?

Waze has a feature that alerts you when you exceed the posted speed limit by a configurable amount. I'm not sure if it's audible, as I have sound disabled in the app.

Just did a test drive. You were right on the money! It was Waze. I use Waze in combination with my radar. However, I do have sounds as well as the "Alert when speeding" feature off. I wonder how I can disable it completely...

Actually, it is not the Waze app. I believe it is my DriveSense app by esurance that's making the chime. Thanks for your help guys

I was going to ask if you are with an insurance company that gives you a discount for running those trackers. I for one wouldn’t ever do it but glad you got it figured out.

I do only have a 1% discount... I might as well just opt out of the tracker program lol. My spirited driving isn't helping me 😅

For 1% I would definitely get rid of it. You're barely gaining anything from it but if you get into an accident and are speeding based on their box I'd bet they try to deny at least part of the liability on it.
