Exclamation My 2011 Infiniti G37x Front Driver speaker blew

Title. So, I'm in the process of trying to purchase a new speaker for my Infiniti. My question for one is-

How the hell do I get the door cart near the driver side mirror off? It seems much more difficult to get off than the other clips so I'm worried that it is a connection of some sort. Couldn't find any diagrams on the FSM.

Secondly, can i use any Bose speaker from 2007-2013? or does it have to be 2011?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Just trying to get this car in top shape before my senior year of college.

Have you looked at the site Crutchfield? They sell a lot of aftermarket speakers and will show you what speakers fit in your car as well as how to install them. As for the speaker years? Try searching up OEM replacement speakers for the different years and see if they are any different, and if there’s no difference in size or tech, use it. That’s what I would do

I just took the bad speaker out and it doesn't look like anything is torn or blown but the sound and bass is all frazzled and sounds "frizzy" is it a bad speaker or amp? the tweeter on the top of the door works fine, though...
