So question is two-fold.

What year Q-car has the more detailed settings, including the tpms readings?
And, what module of the infotainment system does that live in? The CD player unit? The Nav unit? I'm wondering if it would be worth $100 or so to get a newer nav unit - after all, my maps are circa 2011. Looks like the nav system is essentially the same up to 2015 or maybe even past.

Funny, this just happens to be one of two projects I am researching as my TPMS sensors are finally going dead (originals at 11 years).

If you referring to being able to see the air pressure for each tire it is not that simple- I already did some homework on this comparing FSM's for the M and the GT-R (same system). There is no version of the Q60 (CV36 or CV37) that has this feature.

To potentially add this you would need, at the least, the TPMS module, 4 wheel sensors, AND 4 wheel antennas. Plus necessary wiring/connectors/etc. Getting the parts is easy enough- there are plenty on eBay.

The problem is: we have no way of knowing IF the AV headunit has the software/graphic interface to recognize the "newer" system/module and display the information. The module connects to the AV headunit via CANBUS so what all it is capable of I do not know.

I have been tempted to buy just the module, hook it up, and see what happens. Time doesn't permit at the moment. In the end, just to see the fancy graphic, probably wouldn't be worth the headache/hassle/expense, but...

Back to my drawing board for the other projects....
