Help!

What's up! I'm new to the g37 club. I recently purchased a 2010 g37 sedan. I'm having g radio issues. Bluetooth, usb, and CD will not work. Bluetooth wise it connects but won't play. USB picks up the device but won't read. CD stuck on READING CD!. Any suggestions?

Before going much further, Do a soft reset of your stereo
