What do you guys do for Phone headsets.

With the top down (regardless of whether the windows are up or down), I can't hear or be heard when i am on the phone.

Any suggestions? Bluetooth headsets? Wired headsets?

If you plan on getting a Bluetooth headset get one with noise cancellation so they can hear you. I got one of these for when I'm in a noisy datacenter and they can't even tell.

I guess you can also look into motorcycle headsets - there are plenty of solutions for these types of situations.
