I have a 2010 G37 coupe. I set the headlight switch to auto so l don’t have to think about too much. Lately, on my first trip of the day, well after sunrise, the headlights are on and the dash lights dim. The adjustment is set at most sensitive. It seems like the ambient light sensor is not working correctly. It works properly the rest of the day so it is a bit of a puzzle. Anyone else have this issue? Could it be another part of the circuit? Thanks.

 

What happens when you make it less sensitive?
