bluetooth calling not working?

Hey guys I have an 09 g37x coupe and ive been having trouble with the Bluetooth. it was all working completely fine up until a month or so ago and now it just isn't showing up on my phone or anyone elses for that matter. I went to the dealers a while back and it was fine but I don't wanna go back for this if I don't have to since they charge like 300 dollars just to test the damn car. Any ideas of the error or if I can reset it at all?

Anyone have this issue resolved?

My bluetooth can connect fine. The problem is when people call me. I can hear them, but they can't hear me. In order for the caller to hear me, I would need to switch to phone speaker and then back to bluetooth (which is a pain).
