Bluetooth Pin Code question can it be changed?

Hey all!

Ok I posted a fix, at least for me a few months back about the Bluetooth issue and having multiple Bluetooth profiles on your iPhone such as head phones, speakers, etc. Now I am back w/another question.

Ok some quick details of car;
2010 G37X
Nav. system
iPhone 6+ running IOS 10.3.2 (latest and NON beta)

When I had pairing issue when I bought the car late last winter, I decided to remove ALL Bluetooth profiles and add the receiver in the car only. That issue was solved.
It asked to pair it to my phone using Bluetooth code 1-2-3-4 or something like that as a "security" code, if you will that is common on Bluetooth devices.

Now my issue is that when I am out and about enjoying my Lil Racer, it will occasionally drop out ( the music/podcast/etc) when I am in traffic specifically stopped in traffic in the city at a stop light for example
.
My thinking is that I am having interference w/someone else nearby w/ Bluetooth activated on their device(s) as Bluetooth has a range of about 30 feet or so, easily achieved my a car in the other lane stopped near me.
As soon as the car in question rolls on, music comes back.

I have tested this away from traffic like out in the country and am convinced this is an interference issue with others which leads me to this question.

Is there a way to pair the iPhone to the receiver and use a different pin code instead of default 0-0-0-0/1-2-3-4?

I thought of having a dealer apply any/all updates but hate to spend the money if this is an issue w/ A2DP Bluetooth ver. 3.x and cannot be changed via software update.

Anyone else have this issue and resolved it?

You are most likely receiving Bluetooth RF interference while stopped?
