Center Console Lighting (radio/AC) Out

I have been working on installing footwell lights on my M37 and after a long install (it has been a while since I pulled apart a center console) my radio and AC control lights are out. From what I can tell, the functions still work, but the lights don't. Can anyone tell me if this is just a fuse issue? Or did I pinch a wire? I really hope this is something simple like a fuse.

Second part of the question, there are multiple fuses labeled "ELEC PARTS." Anyone know which one controls the center console lights?

Thanks in advance.
