Iphone 7 audio

I recently picked up an Iphone 7 plus on verizon, when using bluetooth to stream audio most of the time the audio information will not show, it plays the music fine but with a blank screen.

Any one else experiencing this? I have a 2010 g37XS

On the latest ios, came from a Nexus 6p and didnt have any issues.

Ahhhh anyways I have a 2010 g37xs also and I have a 6s plus.

Every since I bought the car (5 months ago) the Bluetooth is REALLY glitchy. I have to press the next track button 3-4 times to change the song and it doesn't show the song information.

So hopefully someone knows how to fix this.

I have a 2012 G37S MT convertible and today when I connected my newly updated iPhone via USB, while the menus worked, the audio didn't come out of the speakers. My Bluetooth streaming didn't work at all. I'm so frustrated! Any suggestions?

havent had any issues when connecting with the cable, maybe a new cable? also for bluetooth unpair and repair. Also remove any other bluetooth devices you may have synced to the car to see if that resolves it

My USB input has not worked with iPhone's since apple went away from the 30 pin connector.

Bluetooth will typically display the first song information and either keep that displayed or be blank for every song after. I have not yet connected my iPhone 7 Plus, however.

Maybe it's because my iPhone has no music. Maybe with music it allows me to play Spotify

Iphone 7 plus here. Like Ricio said, y'all need to have at least a song for the info to show, and maybe to play music. I used a ringtone file, could even download a no sound audio file, but something needs to be on your phone's itunes. Bluetooth is not fantastic, I do have some issues where It the song pauses for a second then continues. Only happens when first playing a song via bluetooth. I usually just plug the phone into the usb, and do not have any issues.

I just got a new iphone as well and I am now having trouble as well. My phone says connected and in the settings > connected devices on my car, it says my iPhone is connected but when I select Bluetooth audio it says "A bluetooth audio device has not been selected" I deleted the other connected devices and unpaired and repaired and still doing the same thing. Super frustrating... has anyone had this issue?
