Unhappy Ipod intergration issue

Hey, I have a 2010 g37s coupe. This issue started happening to me recently, whenever i plug in my iphone 6 the usb reads fine but, then one i select a song from the arrow keys I click the enter button then it just brings me back to the iPod screen and doesnt play my song. For me to play music from my phone i gotta select it manual on my phone. Also, sometimes when i switch songs the audio plays the song slower. Has anyone one else ran into this problem with their g37.

Only problem I have with mine is having is I would have to manually play a song and than plug it in or doesn't register with the car. Also when I change the song enough using the switch on the steering wheel it would just not allow me to do it anymore unless I unplug and plug the phone back in or I would have to manually do it on the phone which gets very annoying. There are weird integration problem with iPhones and the G37 system. Haven't had your issue though I don't believe.

Problem with android is USB connection doesn't do anything but charge when connected to the car. But bluetooth works flawlessly.

All I use is Pandora or Samsung Milk Music. Works great.

I have had issues with my iPhone since I update to ios 9.x. Sometimes it'll play a playlist and other times is won't. The only thing that works for me is to shut the phone completely off and start it again.

Nothing! I've been an Android user for sometime now! Loved my note 3, note 4, and really love my S6 active. Just wish Att would figure out their softwear updates. Last one has done some funky stuff to my device.

I just noticed the same with my 6 Plus. I recently upgraded to 9.3 if I remember correctly and that's when it started. I can go into the playlists and select a song but it won't actually play the song. Can't select playlists using Bluetooth at all.

"Playing slower". Power cycle it. That is a new one on me. I have 9.3.1 on a 5 and still the only issue is if I plug in it won't recognize or start playing immediately if the phone was turned off and car as well. 2010s don't have BT connect ability just wire.

I buy the new Galaxy on release every year, I have had the S3, 4, 5, 6 and now 7, LOVE THEM!

As for the Bluetooth, I bought a tiny bluetooth receiver off Amazon for $25, plugged it into the RCA's and hid it away in the console and haven't looked at it since. It connects the second the car turns on and syncs and plays anything I want. It's flawless. If you're having iPhone troubles, get this man..

He would but the 2010 doesn't have BT...I haven't seen a car yet that has an equivalent of Carplay.

Saga, what was your cars build date? Mine is 11-09, early. Last digits of the vin are 0700 so mine might be the 700th and my radio is base and not Bose. Is there anything that says it's standard? I have seen where others have a '10 and not BT. Maybe mine isn't working. I use the USB all the time as it charges.

I did a reboot on the phone and it now plays when the car starts. Good tip! Haven't tried the bluetooth playlist menus yet to see if that works.
