Infinitinavigation.com has their yearly navigation update for sale, $50 off, for a total of $129. I rarely use the navigation on my '10 G, but for this price, I'll bite. I've had a lot of road changes here since 2010. It's my understanding that this is not available for all vehicle years.

 

I've got a 2012 model, would I need to update my navigation? How often do we have to update our navigation system?

 

as often as you want it updated...new one every year!

 

You don't ever have to, honestly. I almost exclusively use Waze. My navigation hasn't ever been updated and I figure five years sounds about right. There's been a lot of construction around here on I-287 that my current maps don't have.
