To drill or not to drill, molex that is.

Whats going on folks? I have a 2010 G37 Sedan with Bose and Navigation. I see that some guys have succesfully drilled their molex to allow for a thicker guaged speaker wire to be used in their system. Is there a difference between a Bose G's molex and a none Bose G's molex? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this done?

Thanks,
Grey

I dont think there is a difference from bose and non bose in the molex. Take your time. The drivers side is the challenge. The passenger side is a little easier but not by much. I love sq and I try to squeeze every little bit I can.
