So I tried looking and I couldn't find a thread like this it's probably here but I'm curious to see what everyone setup is??

I finally got my car back and got my trunk customized I went from a custom ported box running 2 JL 12w0v3-4, with a JX1000/1d amp and a Scosche capacitor. Now... I have 2 JL 12w3v3-4 running on a XD10001v2 and a XD400/4 running interior in a customsubenclosures made of fiberglass, a panel with the skee hole lined in glass and led lights around Amps, and a digital SPL CP 4X capacitor.

**** looks nasty, I'm jealous. Right now I have 1 12' Alpine Type-R and a Kicker DX500.1. Nothing special but adds some bump. I am looking to upgrade soon though because this just isn't enough for me.

 

What 12" box do you have that fits in the G37 coupe trunk?

 

I have a sedan but it was a box that a guy built on eBay to dimension that fit in the trunk only downside it took up to much space and I had no room. Now I can at least still use my trunk. My buddy has a coupe and he had to get a custom panel that held 2 12" cause all the boxes were to big. Have you seen those I can ask him more detail and let you know?

That's exactly who made the new ones that I have in my sedan they are ultra light weight, made really solid, and worth the price.

 

Good looking setup. How heavy is it?

I have a set of Diamond Audio subs that I bought when I had an actual trunk! I need to get rid of them now cuz I cant fit em in the coupe.

The enclosures are about a pound each and are a solid build. Check into customsubenclosures they make them to fit

I got a 12' box on ebay that was made by customsubenclosures also.

1Kenwood KFC-W3013PS 12" sub

much louder and deeper than i expected out of 1 sub. The Sub and Amp has hi RMS so that helped a lot.

 

It hits nice and clean..no rattle. It's a box made by JL for the 10w6v3, which I think is ideal with any sub. Always get a box made for the driver.

I've got two 10 inch kicker cvr subs. I need a new amp and a new box. They still work, but I'm gonna milk em for a bit.

 

I can't make my subs fit. I gotta sell the Diamonds...they are 12" subs never used
