I am interested in a remote start kit, and other features if they are available. I know there are probably lots of ways to do this, but I don't know where to start as far as brands, types of kits, and the capabilities they have i.e. cellular connectivity, mobile apps, wifi, etc.

Anyone have something like this they can speak to or recommend?

 

Manual or auto?

 

i'm interested in one for an Auto. Also curious what infiniti would charge to install their facotry unit

 

i have an 08 6mt that was installed by my buddy. its a viper alarm/starter combo.
i didn't opt for the cellular package as i can't see myself paying a monthly/yearly subscription to start my car.


if its gets stolen, i'll let insurance deal with it. my car is stock.

 

I have the AT. The Viper seems to be the only realistic option.

 

You can get a remote start bypass. DBall kit, it allows you to use your factory key fob and alarm system. There is a plethora of info on here about dball kits just search forum. If you want something more advanced you may opt for a alarm/remote start kit. I have the Viper system. GL
