Just had my windshield replaced. Suddenly, the bluetooth mic barely works. Like a wire got shaved maybe.

Where is the stock location for the bluetooh mic in this car? Is is possible something got damaged changing a windshield?

 

I think if you've got the same body type as me, the bluetooth microphone is located on the right side of the overhead console. It should be near the left map light, the series of horizontal cuts in the plastic.

 

Mine is a 4dr.

I see the little slots next to the sunroof switch. Guess that's it.

Maybe when they removed the windshield, the let the rear view mirror hand and that cord that runs from the mirror to the overhead console got yanked?

Strange, because the bluetooth mic worked fine before the windshield was replaced.

 

Try resetting your ECU first, if you're lucky, it's just an electrical issue that can get cleared up.
