I also found out that Iheart Radio is a better alternative for Pandora more music available. Plus it has music box and can play videos provided your not moving. I was also told I can load pics and make it play like a slide show. I haven't tried it yet so I don't know if that is true. BTW if you have an IPhone 5 you have to get the software updated otherwise the interface will have issues.
I had an 07 with navi that had music box and also a '10 with music box. Nothing changed in interior design between 07 and 13. Doesnt really make sense to me. Sucks having to swap out cds now.

I don't get it either why can't they just increase the memory on the NAVI and keep the music box.

The workaround is posted on this site or maybe NIKO site. Here it is though..

1) Connect your iPhone to the USB connector
2) Open any song in your iPone and play it
3) Once it starts playing, open your Pandora or streaming music site
4) Select your Pandora site an press play. The song you selected in step 2 will fade out and the Pandora song will kick in. If you stop Pandora it will go back to the song selected in step 2.

I use this method to go from iPhone, to Pandora to stream KROQ. Works with no issues.

Enjoy!

The music box was removed mid year 2012. I purchased my G37S on August 31st 2012 and it has no music box

I was told by the deal that the music companies were going to sue Infiniti if they kept installing the musicbox as it's illegal to make copies of "their music." I consider the source of a car salesman, but that's what was told to me.
