So i cant access my playlists or artist lists on my iPhone but when I plug my wife's phone in it works perfect. Same iOS same phone. I just don't get it. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

 

 

you have to reselect the media player everytime you want to listen to your music in the car, it gets kind of annoying for me everytime...

 

This, with me I finally got to a point where I just used the hard drive or my ipod. It does this with the phones as well. the BT will only work one or the other phone, you have to switch and when both are in the car it bites that only one can work with out switching to the other phone. We got to a point where we only carried my phone in the car and left the wifes at home.

 

What year ride do you have? Its different from the 09, 10, 11. I have an 09 and a galaxy s3. I just hook up through the rca ports and be done with it. No controls, but im good with that. If you search this site, many have had your prob. XM radio for me.....

 

I have a 2010. Weird thing is that it worked fine 2weeks ago but now mine has issues but the wife's is fine. I think it's an apple issue rather than the car.

 

Problem solved. It was a voip app that was screwing the phone up. I noticed the phone was slow and other weird anomalies. I deleted the app and all is fine.
