Will Optima D75 fit in a 09 G37S?

I have a Optima Yellow Top D75/25 from my previous car audio system and I was wondering if anyone has fit one of them in the G. I know the perfect match battery is the D35 but I have this $200 battery sitting around not being used. Would love to make it work if it can.

Can it be done?

Well...you could just measure the batteries.

I would assume that that's the only problem that would matter.

Yeah, I would love to but my G will not be delivered until Wednesday-Friday the dealership said. I'm pretty sure the D75 is larger as it is capable of producing more cranking amps. Was just wondering if anyone has attempted this already

If I remember right
group 75/25 vs group 35... polarity and the group 35 is larger.

check the positive and negative posts.
You would gain side posts if you want to add an amp or some other electrical bolt on.
