RADIO - NAV - SCREEN - AC NOT WORKING - Please help

Hi people,

I have a g37s 2009. The car went crazy suddenly no idea why.

the screen went off, the ac went on, i cant control the radio its off anyway and i cant control the ac and the screen went off no idea why.

only when i turn on the headlights, the ac/radio/nav console light turns on but still cant control any of it and the screen stays off.

I have this same problem everytime i turn my car on, I would like to have your help and i will leave the dealer as a last choice since its very expensive.

any ideas guys what could be the problem and how to fix it ?

I appreciate your help.

thanks.

They resetting the system by disconnecting the battery, waiting about 5 minutes to ensure full discharge and reconnect. That may help. Also, check to see if you have a blown fuse anywhere. Not sure where they are located however a quick forum or google search will net you an answer. Hope this helps.

One more thing, make sure you have all the different owner manuals. I believe that by disconnecting and reconnecting power, they radio/Nav will prompt for a code to reactive it (theft deterrent system). If you don't, then you will need to take it to the dealer.

There is no radio theft code but the window motor will need reset. I doubt disconnecting the battery will help with your issue. I would check your fuses first.

Shouldn't a 2009 still be under the bumper-to-bumper warranty? My 08s warranty just went out this past May >.>
