Sub and Amp installed!

Finally had my Sub and Amp installed yesterday. 1st the equipment; Alpine PDX M6 Mono amp(600watts RMS), JL W6 sub, Boxology fiberglass box.
Let me say...night and day difference in system.Sounds great! I also had the shop install a bass dial in the "blank" in between the seat heater buttons...looks great and it is very convenient for it there.

It does sound awesome!

I had the install done at Obsession Motorsports in Rockville, MD. I paid close to $300 for it.

I am using the stock speakers and radio. It sounds SOOOOOOOO much better and gets louder because you can turn down the bass which causes a lot distortion when you crank it up.

I checked 4 shops and this was the lowest...and the most recommended shop. Hell Best Buy wanted $375!!! I could have probably done it myself but I just didn't want the hassle. It took the guy 3 hours and that was with an extra 1/2 hour to do the **** the way he did it. I am very happy with the results and price.

i know 300 is a steal. what i meant to say was that to me they usually charge high prices. They want 380 to install spring. that is high !!!

Looks great! It's well integrated and the position of the sub control is perfect. Enjoy!

3-4 book hours is not bad for springs considering you pretty much have to do all the same labor as if you were replacing all the shocks/struts.

Mechanics gotta eat too...
