I heard that the G37 from 2010+ have a higher screen resolution but
is it only for those G37 equipped with the optionnal navigation or the base model also get that higher resolution display screen? Anyone can tell me?

base model gets nothing. only cars with Navi get upgraded screen

I saw a 2011 G37 radio unit on ebay (non-navi) so that would be useless for me then.
