For the back up cam installer just hooked the unit with oem rear cam. I bought oem spoiler with rear cam hole and camera came with it, I got it from craiglist though. If you need camera let me know since I ordered it but never used it

Okay the OEM spoiler is different for the 09 G37 sedan's then the coupe's I think.....
