Question Nav question

My 10' G37X Sedan has a back-up camera, but no navigation.
Does anyone know whether a navigation system and center console piece(the one with the extra nav buttons) from a 08 G37 Coupe will fit my Sedan?

Does the center of the dashboard have the same dimension on the Sedan as on the Coupe?

Can everything be connected and work properly (the nav, the controls, the back-up cam)?

if i remember correctly, yes (99% sure). if you think about it though, there's really no reason for infiniti to make two separate configurations for the navigation units between car models (coupe vs sedan). also, the navigation + buttons are all ONE unit that's surrounded by the exterior molding. i confirmed this with my local infiniti tech. so you shouldn't have any fitments issues. i'd be more concerned with wiring etc. then again, i bet you infiniti has it all wired up (mass production purposes) - so plug and play? keep us posted!

DO IT!

Looking through the service manual I think I noticed that most of the connectors are different. I think you still need to change basically all the AV components like the control unit, add the gps antenna, etc. Look through thenservice manual if you're seeiou about it. I'm sure it is easier than the v35, though it'll be expensive.
