Bluetooth Call Waiting
#4
Just realized that if I get a call while I'm already on with someone, it shows for 1 second on my iphone, but immediately disappears and doesn't allow me to answer other line? Nowhere on the navi does it show the 2nd caller either? So now there's a fix for this for the '10 model at the dealer, huh?

I just got the latest Nav/Bluetooth update at the dealer and still no luck for call waiting. The technician then showed me that my phone (Blackberry Torch and most BBs) was listed on the Infiniti web site/Ownership/Bluetooth Center, call waiting is a feature that is N/A. It is not available on many other phones as well with Infiniti's Nav system. Call Waiting is a fundamental function of bluetooth connectivity that is supported by all portable bluetooth devices and it is simply not acceptable for Infiniti to not support this function in this day and age. Especially since it was supported on my 2008 EX with nav.

Found this on their website under FAQ regarding Bluetooth under "how do you use call-waiting?"
The Infiniti Bluetooth® Hands-Free Phone System is designed to support only major calling functions such as making, accepting, and ending phone calls, hands-free.

Sacramento CA dealer just informed me that they do NOT have the ITB 10066 at this time, but will inform me if/when they do? Being rolled out over time, I suppose, across the country, perhaps? Poor communication from corporate, in my opinion.
