I apologize in advance if this is brokendown somewhere but I couldn't find it. I would like to know if the G bluetooth can be operated without listening to all the prompts before making a selection. As an example on Cadillacs bluetooth you push a button on the wheel and say "handsfree" it responds with ready and you say "voice" at that point it accesses your voice recognition and you can say any name in your phone and it dials. With my Infiniti I have to go through the complete option list pick "phone" and when I do get to say a name I have to say it backwards as it apparently reads last name first. Am I doing something wrong here? I would imagine a good salesman would have explained this but my guy was clueless and I feel there are things this unit can do that I am not aware of. Can I say an address to the navigation and it goes to the address? I feel like I am clueless and I do have a lot of knowledge in this area but the Infiniti is a little confusing. Can anyone help? I would blame the salesman as he/she should have done a better job with the delivery of your G. I would suggest going into and completing the voice training and recognition mode to get familiar with the commands and also so the system can adapt to your voice.

 

If you are ever unsure of what a command is, you could always say "Help".
