I have the BT on my non-navi 2010 paired with my Blackberry Bold 9650. Curious issue arises when i try to use the BT:

If i initiate the call from my phone, i can make the call just fine, and end it with either the phone, or the end button on the steering wheel (although this method takes a couple of seconds to disconnect the call, something i dont think i noticed before)

However, if i try to initiate the call via BT by pressing the call button on the wheel, the BT system halts music, and asks me if i want to use the hands-free operation. If i say "No", it turns off, and music begins to play. If i say "Yes", the BT turns on, the music stops playing, and the screen shows me that im in a call.... however the phone is not dialing anyone, and its just dead silence. i have to turn off BT on my phone in order to break the connection and go back to listening music.

I am not sure when this happened. i originally paired the car with a BB Tour 9630, but when i switched phones, the car seemed to connect fine. i dont know why/how/when this issue began. Ive tried to delete the phone from the car and re-pair them, but the issue persists. is there a fix, or should i take it to dealer for a flash?

when i use the steering wheel button, it asks me to say "DIAL, PHONEBOOK, RECENT CALLS, etc..." then it goes from there depending on what i say. Never asks if I want to access BT. I'm paired to a Blackberry Bold 9700
