Just noticed something interesting/screwed up on my music box today. When a CD is recorded the music box lists it by artist and album name but when viewing the music on the music box by "album name" all you get is the album name, not artist and album name.

Worse than that, is if two albums have the same name they get mixed all together if you decide to play the music "by album". This became a problem for me today with "Greatest Hits". I had recorded several CDs to the music box and today decided to listen to it and picked my music by selecting "by album". Of course it lists just the album name and when I got to "Greatest Hits", I remembered having recorded Santana's Greatest Hits so I picked that to listen to Santana. Everything started out fine, It started playing "Evil Ways", the first track on the album. After Evil Ways finished all of a sudden it started playing "Daniel" by Elton John.

This was when I remembered that I had also recorded Elton John's Greatest Hits. I looked through the list and it had combined the two albums, if I had continued to let it play it would have kept alternating back and forth between Santana and Elton John. Not only had it combined them, it had seemingly weaved the two together!! First track Santana, second track Elton John, third track Santana, fourth track Elton John and so on!

The good news is if I make the selection through Artist then pick the Greatest Hits CD, it works properly.
